FAQ's about Ware "Imprints"

Here are the FAQ's about

Ware

"Imprint"

necklaces:

I've been getting so many e-mails to order the imprints for Christmas which is wonderful and I'm hoping some of this information will help:

*$32 for the chain and one disc.

*$8 for each additional disc.

*dime or nickel size (oval as well)

*16 or 18 inch chain

*I've had a few requests for the disc. alone without the purchase of a necklace and those are $14

*I would need the exact spelling of the name (s) or words.

*Design stamp choices are - Flower, star, heart, crown, peace sign, dragonfly, circle swirl.

*Orders can be placed by e-mailing me kware@justwareit.com and we can discuss payment then. I accept MC/Visa and Discover or you may mail me a check.

*Most orders will be shipped within 10 days - so order soon for Christmas. Once it gets closer to Christmas, it will depend on what I have in stock. These have been a huge seller and some items have been on back-order

Thanks so much for your interest in the Ware "Imprint" necklaces. I really feel they are the perfect Christmas gift and I look forward to hearing from you!

Merry Christmas to all of you and thank you for being a blessing to my business!

Art in the Park - Plymouth Michigan

Finally an artfair back in Michigan!! Chicago was a blast but it's so nice to be close to home. Art in the Park in Plymouth is a huge artfair and one of my best of the summer. There about 450 artists and hundreds of thousands in attendance. Once again I had a perfect spot on Penniman Ave and my "Schleppers" for the weekend were two very dear friends Carina and Darcy. Thanks so much ladies - you know I couldn't have done it without you.

Carina got the two gorgeous weather days, she lives in
Livonia so she saw many people she knew and we enjoyed being outside (and very busy).

Darcy on the other hand got the rediculous weather day (I'll have to make that up to you!) We got hit with a huge rain storm...we were soaked, the jewelry was soaked and the water was running over our feet - yuk. They even closed the fair down for a while because of the weather. So...... we sat in the tent with the sides zipped down and drank our coffee. I must admit, it was great company and great conversation at least. Thanks for being such a trooper Darcy.

Chicago - Joliet Fine Arts Fair

Back in Chicago again and this time I finally got to stay with Jennie, MaryAnns sister. We had the opportunity to stay with her last summer when we did the Lincoln Park Artfair so I was really looking forward to it. She has a beautiful condo right downtown and the view is spectacular. Jennie's husband and kids were gone so we really had a "GIRLS" weekend. Friday night we grabbed a late dinner at a little greek restaurant a few blocks down from the condo (it was a perfect night to walk).

Saturday was a beautiful day but extremely windy (for all my Schleppers - you know how crazy the wind can make you!!!!!) so Jennie and I spent much of the day holding down the tent etc....

The highlight was dinner that night at my favorite restaurant - The Grand Lux Cafe - if you haven't been there it's a must!!! The food, the ambiance and definately the interior design.

Sunday was rainy and windy.....yeah!!!! It did clear up for some of the day but that wind stayed with us. Sunday night was definately a night to order in Giordano's pizza (I had been waiting all weekend for it and it was truly worth the wait!).

I headed out on Monday and drove straight to Alma College to do a Customer Service Seminar foe my sisters staff at Champion Cheerleading and then home to another baseball game. (You all know how it is - hardly a moment to breathe!)

A huge heartfelt "Thank You" to Jennie for being such a wonderful hostess and a perfect "Schlepper"! I feel blessed to have such a wonderful new friend. I can't wait to do it again next year at some Chicago artfair.

Cantigny - Wheaton, IL

Cantigny Park was absolutley beautiful. My "Schlepper" for Father's day weekend in Chicago was "Downtown Juli Brown" a friend of mine and my sisters office manager for Champion Cheerleading. We had a great time, set up early and caught a movie (Made of Honor - super cute) then Saturday, had wonderful day - the harp player was right next to us and Juli even got to help make the "Kettle Corn" across from us (guess what we ate that night as we sat in the hotel room on our beds - yep Kettle Corn) we also had a relaxing dinner outside at a great steak house.

Sunday started out on a different note....a HUGE storm hit on our way to the artfair and I mean a HUGE storm! Ten people lost their tents, we had to sit in the car for quite a while and then try to dry everything out. The sun came out and it ended up being a beautiful day, so "Thank You" to all of you who ventured out that Father's day afternoon after the storm - I truly appreciated it.

WOW - What a summer!! Arlington Heights, Il

Hello everyone -

So, I thought that by doing a blog I would possibly keep on top of it and it would serve as a better source for people to see what's going on with Just Ware It!, me and what's new with my designs. Well...........not so much! What? Did I really think that just because I created a blog that I was all of the sudden going to be one of those people who stayed on top of it? For those of you who know me - you're getting a good laugh right now and I don't blame you.

Anyway, I am posting now and wanted to share some fun photos from my "artfair season" thus far. It has truly been a blast! My new word for the summer is "Schlepper" - the artfairs in Chicago through Amdur Productions had a basket of name tags for "Helpers" so my neice Kiley and I rummaged through the basket and saw nametags with such terms as "the banker", "the other half", "the better half", "along for the ride", "assistant" and then...........there it was - "SCHLEPPER". I knew instantly it was the ONE we had to have and that I really needed like ten schleppers in my life that could help me with everything. (Thanks to Amy Amdur of Amdur Productions for the great name tags and one of my new favorite words!)

Well, now that you know what a "Schlepper" is - I have some pictures of my wonderful schleppers from the various artfairs this summer and a few pictures of the beautiful areas where the artfairs were located etc... hope you enjoy the pictures.

Trunk Show - Pace ~ Howe Designs Old Town

What an absolutely wonderful evening! I just wanted to say Thank You to Darcy Pace and Julie Howe of Pace~Howe Designs (in case you didn't know, they're simply the best interior design firm in town). They were kind enough to invite me in for an evening trunk show in conjunction with a Junior League Membership event.
We started out at Pace Howe with wonderful appetisers and drinks (beautifully presented ladies) and then headed out to Grace's, October Moon and Bella Rio Salon all in Old Town. (If you haven't been to Old Town, I highly suggest taking an afternoon and checking out all the cool little shops)
It was truly a pleasure meeting and mingling with all of you ladies and to Darcy and Julie - Congratulations on all your success and the awesome office bldg. - love those exposed brick walls and the view is spectacular!
Looking forward to the next Trunk Show:)

Golden Glow Picture

O.K. - so I need to learn the in's and out's of this blog thing. Here is the picture;) Speaking of Golden Glow - I really need a tan!!!!!!!

Golden Glow

Here's one of the new pieces I did in the fall and used this as one my pictures for artfair juries. I'm thrilled to say I was accepted into three Chicago Artfairs that are ranked in the top 100 in the country! I have a whole list of this summers artfairs listed at the bottom of my blog. Please check it out!!!

Here's to starting a new BLOG!

This is it...I think? I had no intentions of starting a new blog today but for some reason started playing around on-line and thougth I would look up "blogs". Next thing you know I'm playing around with my own blog and the colors and the layout etc. Now about two hours later I'm thinking I need to get my registrations in for the Chicago artfairs which need to be postmarked today - so I decided to jot down a few thoughts to see how they'll display on the blog. This is really cool - I'm just wondering if I'll really be able to open it once I get out of this program. Til another time... or maybe never? Karin
